Owners description:

Linus Bear is a big soft boy.
Obsessed by food and it’s been very hard to reduce his weight.
Happy and very devoted to us, especially myself who I think he considers his mum.
He still goes to sleep sucking a blanket even though he is almost five.
He lives with a German Wirehaired Pointer and two French Bulldogs, also three cats and a few free range chucks!

Reason for joining: I joined Doglife fifteen years ago with my first Labrador.
We currently have Linus who is five in September.
He has had skin issues and is currently on a hypoallergenic food for 8 weeks to see if it helps his skin.
He is also on a weight reducing diet and has lost 3 kgs in 4 weeks.
I believe it’s really important to study this breed over many years to try and alleviate some of the health issues that occur throughout their lives.
